How Invisi-Seal Works

What is Invisi-Seal?

Invisi-Seal nano-coating system is a modern-day self-disinfecting solution for any business or industry. Invisi-Seal is proven to combat against viruses including Covid 19, MERS-Cov, SARS-Cov and Influenza A/B eliminating dangerous germs and bacteria at point of contact. When you apply Invisi-Seal, millions of particles coat and protect your surface at a sub-microscopic level. This nano-coat integrates with the surface to create a new self-cleaning layer of protection for up to five years. An example of how small a nano is, a regular sheet of paper is 100,000 nanometers thick.

Once applied and sealed, Invisi-Seal coated surfaces require only a quick rinse with water to wash away tough debris and can even entirely eliminate the need for harmful cleaning chemicals in some facilities.

Invisi-Seal protects surfaces against soiling, UV degradation, hard water stains, and it can clean and remove mold stains. Invisi-Seal controls bacteria that causes spoilage, deterioration, or fouling of materials. Kills odor-causing bacteria on non-food-contact surfaces.

“Every once in a while, a new technology, an old problem, and a big idea turn into an innovation”. Dean Kamen

Nano-Coating

We provide you with a coating report that explains how long before you’ll likely need to re-apply a new coat of Invisi-Seal.

Invisi-Seal’s active ingredient is Titanium dioxide, the ninth most common element in the Earth’s crust. Commonly used for centuries in a wide range of industrial and consumer products, including: paints, coatings, adhesives, paper, plastic, rubber, printing inks, fabrics and textiles, as well as ceramics, floor coverings, roofing materials, cosmetics, toothpaste, soaps, water treatment agents, pharmaceuticals, food colorants, automotive products, sunscreens and catalysts. The following links explain how titanium dioxide as a nanomaterial prevents viruses including Covid-19 from living on Invisi-Seal’d surfaces. Contact us with questions and for more information.

FAQs

Invis-Seal is the most advanced modern day nano-coating disinfectant solution for any business or industry.

When you apply Invisi-Seal, millions of particles coat your surface at a nanoparticle level. This nano-coat integrates with the surface to create a new self-cleaning layer of protection activated by light.

The Invisi-Seal product uses the naturally occurring mineral of Titanium Dioxide (TiO2) in nanoparticle form to create an active surface that is photocatalytic. When exposed to light, a natural reaction occurs that breaks down contaminants at a molecular level. This process actually pierces the cell walls of contaminants and decomposes them into harmless byproducts.

While it sounds miraculous, it is all natural, safe, and effective. Used in hospitals and the medical industry, it is a well-studied phenomenon that is a non-toxic, safe solution for helping to keep surfaces clean. First discovered over 35 years ago, the oxidizing power created by titanium dioxide initiated photocatalysis is actually more than twice as powerful as bleach! This active

process happens continuously in the presence of light which means that surfaces covered by Invisi-Seal are working around the clock to protect your customers and employees.

A nanoparticle is any particle whose diameter is between 1-100 nanometers (nm) in size. A nanometer is 1,000,000,000 or 1 billion times smaller than a meter. These small particles have incredibly high surface areas and interesting chemical and optical properties. The high surface area increases the particle’s effectiveness in performing chemical reactions.

Photosynthesis is a process used by plants and other organisms to convert light energy into chemical energy, while photocatalysis is when a nano-coating containing the right fusion of properly configured and sized Titanium Dioxide nanoparticles converts light energy into safe electro-chemical “decomposition-energy”. That energy is what gives our coating it’s unique long-lasting, self-cleaning properties.

In the past titanium dioxide nano-coatings required a good amounts of UV light to create decomposition-energy, but now our modern fusion of additional inert nano-materials such as zinc oxide enhances titanium dioxide’s abilities, allowing our coating to work in minimal lighted areas.

Titanium dioxide (TiO2) nanoparticles is the main photo-catalyst. The technology of TiO2 induced photocatalysis is proven effective. Invisi-Seal uses a proprietary, patented formulation that is in fact superior to comparable coatings. First and most importantly, the molecular construction is engineered to reflect light at peak efficiency. This means increased photocatalytic activity, even in indoor lighting.

Titanium dioxide (TiO2) is one of the oldest known and well-studied chemical compounds. TiO2 is a naturally occurring compound that is widely used range of applications including paints, sunscreen, toothpaste, dairy and food products. There is a wealth of independent research over the past 20 years that support the amazing characteristics of Titanium Dioxide nanoparticles and the power of photocatalysis. Invisi-Seal uses proven science to bring a new, safe, and effective solution for touch points that will show your customers and employees that you care about them!

Invisi-Seal is a surface coating solution, not to be ingested and does not require FDA approval for use. However, our main ingredient, titanium dioxide is in fact found in many dairy products, including candy, frosting, and powdered donuts. Titanium dioxide is approved for food use as a colorant by the FDA. Therefore, it has been declared safe for long term use by the FDA in many products.

Titanium dioxide is classified by the EPA as an inert ingredient and has been proven safe and effective. Titanium dioxide along with all other inert ingredients in Invisi-Seal are approved by the EPA as a “Minimum Risk Pesticide” for both food use and nonfood use. We use EPA certified disinfectants that are on the approved list for use in fighting Covid-19.

Yes, independent lab results have proven that Invisi-Seal coated casino chips effectively eliminates the presence of microbes on casino chips surface by more than 99.96%, this includes dangerous pathogens such as COVID-19, SARS-Cov, MERS-Cov and Influenza A/B.

The solution will last up to 5 years. The product service life is solely dependent on actual physical wear and tear that gradually removes and reduces the effectiveness of the coating. We recommend resealing casino chips between 1 and 5 years.

Once applied and properly sealed. The Invisi-Seal coated surfaces require only a quick rinse with water to wash away tough debris and can even entirely eliminate the need for harmful cleaning chemicals in some facilities.
